Happy Father’s Day to the man I always knew woul Happy Father’s Day to the man I always knew would be an amazing father! And guess what!? He is an even more incredible father than I could have ever imagined! Thank you @olliejamesfitz for all that you do for me and Tallulah. We love you with all our hearts.
Yesterday marked one month of Tallulah! 🌻 She Yesterday marked one month of Tallulah! 🌻 She is the sweetest, prettiest, most snuggliest little girl. She loves to lay on her daddy’s chest and she relaxes when momma sings to her. She can hold her head up on her own for a few seconds and she loves to make silly faces. We can’t wait to see what month two brings us! 🧡

She was born on January 10th, 2022 at 3:33 pm. She was 19 inches long and 6 pounds on the dot! She’s such a sweet girl and has already been so wonderful to her mommy and daddy. 💕

Being an adult is hard, but it’s a million times Being an adult is hard, but it’s a million times better with @olliejamesfitz • I’m now 26 as of yesterday. This year I did things that scared the $!@# out of me and I’ll probably do the same this year. • Growing. Learning. Stretching. • Ironically, I think my word for this year will be peace. It’s the first year that I feel like I have everything I could ever need. • It’s just my future that I get anxiety over instead of the present. • I’m not a fan of this feeling. So now it’s time to see just what God does to teach me about His peace this year cause I know I can’t do it on my own.

Something has happened to me. Nothing bad. In fact Something has happened to me. Nothing bad. In fact the opposite. I feel full. I feel a deep satisfaction in my soul that’s hard to describe. You see, I originally came to Jesus at 13 because I knew nothing else was gonna satisfy me. Not money, not relationships, not romance, not materials, and not drugs (lol). I knew if God was really real that he’d be the only one that could satisfy this deep longing my soul had. Well even though I came to Jesus then and I was at peace...I didn’t really feel satisfied. So I kept looking for God. I looked for Him by serving more in church, worshipping, and doing missions work. I’ve seen that Jesus is moving all over the world. It’s been beautiful and incredible to see. But I still felt like I was missing that intimacy with Jesus that I’ve been wanting. I knew that God was close and I knew He wanted me close, but there was a disconnect that still resided. Until a couple months ago, that is. I began reading my Bible more and studying the history of the Bible. (I’ve never been very good at reading the Bible) My mind was continually blown as I began to learn more of the context and I began to see how wonderfully the Bible weaves together. I was sitting in my cubicle one morning listening to a teaching and I just began to weep. I felt like God touched my heart and said “ You see, I really am the wellspring of life. I am the fountain that never will run dry”. In that moment, it’s like something in my soul came alive. I felt satisfied like I’ve never felt before & I felt a joy like when I first came to Jesus. I realized that a part of me had believed I needed to look for God somewhere or do something to get what I wanted from Him. But He was there all along. And His truth and goodness and amazing story were there all along. His story is transformative. It’s EPIC and beautiful and so much more than I ever imagined. It’s like a diamond with a million facets, each one more beautiful than the next. If you’ve made it this far, thanks for reading. It’s so cool to share about my faith cause it means a lot to me.
